Currently working on this painting, entitled Whisper. Still needs a lot of work but here's a progression shot in the studio. I'm going to develop the background and girls. The bird on the bottom is an Australian magpie. We got a lot of them around down here. They're tough birds that I always wanted to include in a painting.
My painting corner. You'll notice its quite close to the ground. Well that's because I actually work on the ground. I call it the Japanese style and think of Hokusai or something;) However, when I work smaller, like on paper I sit at my table which is opposite (I'll show a photo another time). I just bought some Dutch etching paper so expect to see some paper illustrations soon.
